Media Release and Recording Policy

By checking the media consent box during registration, you agree to the following

terms and conditions regarding recording and photography at our events.

1. Grant of Permission

You grant permission to The TGQ Law Firm, its employees, agents, and affiliates, to take photographs, videos, or digital recordings of you or your child during the event.

2. Purpose and Usage

You understand and agree that these materials may be used in any and all media, now known or hereafter created. This is for the exclusive purpose of promoting firm workshops, legal events, and educational programs to churches and other organizations, both online and through social media platforms.

3. Identity and Distribution

Visibility: Your name, likeness, and identity may be revealed through these recordings, including any descriptive text or commentary associated with the materials.

Distribution Rights: You grant The TGQ Law Firm, its agents, and employees the irrevocable right to exhibit, distribute, and display these recordings in any format (print, electronic, or otherwise), publicly and privately, without further consent.

4. Compensation and Liability

No Compensation: There will be no financial compensation or other remuneration for your participation in this recording, either for initial or subsequent transmission, playback, or distribution.

Release of Liability: The TGQ Law Firm is not liable for any expenses, injuries, or damages resulting from your participation in this media recording, including any resulting medical expenses.

5. Age and Competence

By completing your registration and digitally consenting to this agreement, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and fully understand these terms, and are competent to execute this consent.
